NewDays is a cross-platform product designed for the new normal work environment. The way teams communicate and collaborate has changed since the pandemic began, and the absence of physical interaction has left employees feeling more disconnected than ever. As a result, managers face the challenge of leading a team in a completely virtual setting. NewDays provides managers with the necessary tools to maintain team morale, oversee performance, identify issues flagged by team members, and onboard new employees. I led the overall project as the lead designer on my team, conducting multiple design iterations and in-depth research that contributed to the development of the UX/UI for this product.
